Flame on!
After a hard fought battle against Mii and her guild, Maple stood victorious. However, Mii won’t allow Maple to walk away with her guild’s orb. Prior to her elimination, she made arrangements to get the final laugh. Even at the cost of accumulating further points, Maple Tree will never get their hands on their orb. Regardless of these results, there were many other guilds nearby. The trio didn’t waste a moment getting back into the action, and they were soon joined by their recovered guild members. As the second event day began to cool down, they just barely managed to cling onto 10th place. Knowing full well that the majority of small and medium guild were wiped out, Sally knew it was only a matter of time before those of Holy Sword came back for revenge. While she initially believed they had time to escape their large numbers, they’ve sent only their best in the blink of an eye. Although Maple Tree was caught off guard, they met their opponents head on. Unfortunately, this may be their first defeat as a guild. The highest level player in the game, Payne, has dealt a critical blow against Maple.
Episode 11 is nearly all about action. Though there were a few dazzling moments here and there, it should be noted that this episode was slide heavy. Whether it was simply a panning shot or sliding the character art around, you won’t find a single minute without it. A lot of the action included both of those, and I can’t say it always looked great. As you’ll soon see below, there’s an abnormally high amount of stitches in this post. Hopefully the finale won’t be similar to this one, but here’s hoping for the best. Anyhow, can Maple’s luck bounce back from this blow? Enjoy taking on the strongest!
