No, this isn’t season two. That will be coming next season. If you haven’t watched Re:Zero or need a refresher, then this season has a special re-airing just for you. In order to hype up season two, each week a one hour director’s cut of season one shall be airing. A majority of the content will largely be the same as it initially aired, though there will be new content. Unfortunately, episode one only had minor changes. Once some actual new scenes start showing up, I’ll be sure to note them down below. Moreover, these reviews will be using a combination of media sources. Especially for episodes like this, there’s no reason not to use the blu-ray source. Although the title of this post claims to be TV, it will mostly be blu-ray media. Lastly, since working on the media for these post will likely take triple the time of other posts, I won’t be going heavy with verbiage on Wednesdays. We’ve got a full plate this season, so I’ve gotta keep it balanced somehow. Anyhow, living life in a new world doesn’t always gift you everything. Enjoy reliving the same moment over again!
