Welcome to the 2nd floor.
From the get go Hakuno and Saber are met with action. The Master of the 2nd floor has only one objective. Kill the Masters and ascend to the next floor. However, one should remember the SE.RA.PH system has broken down. The only known way to rise is by defeating a Floor Master. Moreover, the battle during this episode was very close. Fighting off an invisible Archer plus poison is quite the deadly combo. In order to save Nero’s life, Hakuno, had to use a command spell. Still, to get this Archer to flee and unexpected ally appears. Rani VIII, saves the day and greets our duo to some rest.
The last few episode have been pushing the whole break down of the SE.RE.PH system. Now, we’ve learned just how bad it truly is. Rani, has been stuck on the 2nd floor for over 50 years now. Hukuno believes he’s still in the 21st century, but he’s way off. It’s the year 3020 and humanity is approaching extinction. Once the SE.RE.PH system is completely destroyed it will spell the end of humanity. Additionally, Hukuno is starting to gain some of his memories back. It was only in a fleeting dream, yet he remembered being upon the final stratum. Anyways, there’s more memories to uncover later. Time for some media. Enjoy!
