Ready for the lullaby?
Before that someone has to repay her debt. Previously Stella sought out help to find her little brother in exchange for a payment. That payment was in sweets! The day after Christmas she brings a bag full of homemade sweets for Chise and Elias. Elias, declines the sweets and heads for his study. Meanwhile the two girls have a great time. Chise, has just made another friend and couldn’t be happier. However, not everyone is happy at this moment. Elias is about to experience jealousy for the first time. Stella’s presence has brought out an emotion he has no clue how to handle. All he could think to do was run. Before he could get very far, Chise, spots him and goes after him. After catching up to him Chise is pulled into the shadows. Elias has trapped her there and he isn’t letting go.
Chise’s life is in danger, but help is on the way! Ruth is searching all over, yet can’t catch her scent. Using the last of her strength, Chise, summons a flare. The flare got Ruth close, still the shadows are tricky. All hope isn’t lost, though. Kindness goes a long ways and today it was repaid. Ruth is shown the way to chise. However, getting Elias to let go won’t be so easy. Chise, has no choice but to put her life on the line. That did the trick to get Elias back to this senses. After the long day everyone just wishes to return home. Chise, also agrees to spend the night with Elias. She sings him a lullaby that sends him into a deep slumber. This was no ordinary lullaby, Elias won’t wake up. Not until he gets a fistful of love at least.
Episode 18 displayed the power of jealousy. This emotion happens to everyone, but for Elias it was a tad too much. Hurting the one you love over jealousy never ends well. Moreover, looks like an old enemy is coming back again. Prepare for some action next time. Anyhow, enough jealousy drama for now. Enjoy the media!
