The war begins today!
Before that the duel between Zaryusu and Zenberu must take place. It’s a duel of attrition that brings Zenberu to a frigged stop. The power of Frost Pain is not to be underestimated. Zaryusu is the victor and with that all the lizard men of the swamp stand under a single united front. The odds in the coming war is greatly against the lizard men. They are out numbered 1 to 4. However, several factors actually turns the battle in favor of the lizard men. The most important of these being that Cocytus was purposefully given a weak army. Cocytus, plays all his cards, still in the end it wasn’t enough. The battle was truly close, yet the lizard men stood victorious. Now Cocutus must face a summons from the Supreme One.
Well, what should have been a crushing victory turned into a miracle for the lizard people. Now, there’s an important lesson to be taken away here. One that Cocytus doesn’t quite grasp yet. Lord Ains is currently attempting to see if those that serve him can act on their own or even act against his orders. Cocytus, failed miserably at this, but I feel a second chance coming on. Moreover, let’s talk a bit about the war scene. Today’s episode included a good bit of CG. It’s a bit jarring, but understandable why they did it. So, just know that the whole battlefield part may look a bit funky while going over the media. Other than that episode 3 was another fantastic episode. Furthermore, media time. Enjoy today’s war confrontation.
