No dream is forgotten here.
What’s taken place recently reminds me of another show. While I have zero love for Ulysses, both these titles raise the stakes in a similar fashion. Fortunately in Darling’s case, the base setting doesn’t make the giant leap as bad. There was also sufficient hints to the new enemy presented in prior episodes. Nonetheless, it’s never easy injecting aliens into a plot. Any race that can reach Earth should in theory easily win. But this is a story told for entertainment purposes. I’m sure love will conquer all or something like that.
