Take back the seas!
The seas haven’t been a kind place since the sudden arrival of the Abyssal Fleet. Ever since their appearance, humanity was driven from the sea lanes. However, one hope remained for humanity. Those who house the souls of warships from long ago, the Fleet Girls, are humanity’s final light in the darkness. Although humanity’s natural enemy appears to be countless, a new aspiring recruit has joined the Fleet Girls. Special Type Destroyer, Fubuki, has formally joined Third Torpedo Squadron. Accompanied by squad members Mutsuki, Yuudachi, and the Sendai sisters, she’s found herself among a lively bunch. Her new home has everything she’ll ever need, but there’s one small problem. Fubuki is as inexperienced as they come. Despite being new to the scene, the admiral foresaw potential within her.
While Fubuki was getting use to her new home, the Fourth Fleet located a nearby enemy base. After recalling the Fourth Fleet back to base, the admiral ordered First Carrier Task Force, Second Support Fleet, and Third Torpedo Squadron to sortie. Unfortunately, this wasn’t exciting news for Fubuki. Her teammates would soon realize how new she was. Unable to even keep her balance upon the seas, Fubuki soon stared at a bad end. Just as Fubuki was about to be annihilated, the enemy group was destroyed by the First Carrier Division. Among this division, one ship stood out to Fubuki. Her savior, Akagi, is now her driving motivational force. She now dreams of a day of when she’ll fight equally by Akagi’s side.
If you’re unaware, then KanColle was the first review posted here at Anime Solution. It’s been a very long time since then, but I haven’t forgotten it. This show may not be the greatest, and the main character may be quite the potato at times, yet I still love it. Here’s hoping that season two makes it to the sunlight one day. Anyhow, she’s sworn to do her best from now on. Enjoy taking back the seas!
She’s got a long road ahead of herself. We begin training upon the seas next time!
