One more for the road!
With our winter 2020 season quickly coming to a close, it’s time to start thinking of spring. However, before we get to requests, there’s the usual round of announcements. A lot of not so good news, though it can’t all be bad, right?
As you may or may not know, Yumiko’s house burned down two months into starting Anime Solution. Since then, I’ve brought up that I should be moving back home several times. I even made 14 days worth of posts for when this would happen. That was the original purpose of the dream posts. However, this move hasn’t happened yet and may never at all. While I can’t talk about the fine details, there’s an ongoing court battle about the botched repair job. On top of this, we now have the current global pandemic going on. The good grace that was keeping Anime Solution and myself going won’t last the year. So, what does this ultimately mean? I will no longer be able to work on Anime Solution 24/7. Spring 2020 is likely to be our last big season for a long while. I’m unsure of what we’ll do after spring, but we’ll continue on as normal until said time comes. Moreover, at the start of this season Anime Solution was banned from Pinterest. They believe our content to be spam and my appeal was rejected. If you were wondering why we suddenly vanished there, you now know why.
Now for the good news! At the start of this season we successfully transferred to a new home. Since then the website has been very stable. I know we were struggling for months at the previous host, and I’m happy to hear things have been a lot better for everyone. Furthermore, winter 2020 coverage has been great. Nearly all posts have been on time, and we’re on target to end the season off strong.
Keeping in mind that this may be our last big season, requests for spring 2020 are now open. If you’d like to support Anime Solution and request at the same time, you may do so through our Patreon page. Additionally, all blu-ray projects are on hold until further notice except for Akatsuki no Yona. I do not wish to start something I can not finish. Anyhow, all social channels are open to take spring requests. Please let me know ASAP what you’d like to see here.
I hope so because I mostly skipped the winter anime season since there wasn’t much for my interest due to some lackluster new shows and decide to wait until this spring anime season to come out.
It’s all good, Custom. I was a tad late getting this post up. Rezero killed me with its workload, thus there was very little time to do anything extra for winter 2020. The plan for Spring was put together rather quickly compared to normal. I’m hoping it’s a good season here even with that said.

Since I closed seasonal requests yesterday, I can’t consider Tamayomi or Listeners for this season. As for Tower of God and BNA, they’re competing for a spot with a few other shows. I’ll know for sure by Friday. Moreover, I wish you the best of luck in these uncertain times. Keep safe out there.

Sakura Wars is an direct sequel to the game of the same name, it’s best not the cover that unless you played the game.

At the very least, you can fully expect to see SAO here. As we’ve already covered the majority of it, we’re not going to stop now. Kaguya and Sakura Wars appear to be sequels. Since I haven’t seen their previous seasons, I can’t cover those in good faith. I’ll check out the other two, but don’t hold your breath for them.

As unfortunate as things may become in the future, I’ll try to give us one more great big season. Moreover, please let me know of your picks soon. The spring 2020 season is quickly approaching. I’ll likely be putting the full schedule together on April 2nd.

As I have not watched the previous seasons or read the source material, it’s unlikely I’ll be able to cover that title. I’ll have to first see what others request first.
Well, anyway, thanks for all your efforts. Also, one of the spring season Anime (Yahari Ore no Seishun Love Comedy wa Machigatteiru. Kan). I hope you will show it as it is in its third season.
