The wait is over.
Yona, Hak, and Yun have been welcomed to Hakuryuu Village. Due to Yona’s red hair, they believed her to be the reincarnation of King Hiryuu. However, the true test would be up to their leader, the White Dragon. Upon seeing Yona’s hair, Ki-ja’s blood spoke out to him. The master he could only dream of had finally appeared. No matter Yona’s words, he would happily follow her. Unfortunately, Ki-ja can’t get along with everyone following Yona. Believing only the Dragon Warriors should be protecting the princess, Hak and him can’t get along. Still, Yona can’t afford to lose anyone. They might not like one another, but they’ll listen to Yona. Moreover, Hakuryuu Village won’t let their leader go without a celebration. This village has waited for Hiryuu’s return for a thousand years, and they couldn’t be happier to send off their leader. Though they wave Ki-ja off with tears, they know this isn’t the end. The White Dragon’s blood will return home one day.
With the White Dragon by her side, Yona has obtained the first of her four Dragon Warriors. A mighty claw now aids her in the journey ahead, but where do they go next? Fortunately, Ki-ja has more than one ability. The ability to sense the other Dragon Warriors has been left to him. It won’t be long before we find a few new faces. Moreover, I’m unsure how deep the anime will dive into Ki-ja’s character. Just keep in mind he has a scar on his back, and a deep love for his family. Anyhow, will everyone join Yona so easily? Enjoy a feast fit for a king!
