It’s a competition!
A new set of orders have been issued and our heroes have answered the call. The Tablet of Destinies has finally been secured. However, that’s not the only thing they got their hands on. Ishtar has taken a fall, and spilled the beans.

I believe when she’s sporting black hair, she’s half and half. When we see blonde, it’s full on goddess mode. Regardless, each goddess is in a competition to bring down humanity. We’ve yet to see Ishtar make a serious move, so we’ll see her true colors in time.
Like two sides of the same coin?
That I’m unsure of. They made it clear she’s note purely Ishtar, though. When they summoned her in she took control of a mortal female. That’s why we’ve seen two sides of her.
Are you saying that she will turn good later?
Not sure if I’d label her down as a bad guy. She’s got some humanity in her, after all. I’m sure the story will come back to that later on.
Of course she is. it’s a shame she is one of the bad guys.
One can’t ever go wrong with Rin’s design. She’s killing it in every scene.
It’s nice to see more Ishtar again.
