Think she can fly?
Episode 7 was an accumulation of a great number of things. As always, we’ve got the stellar back to back shots. However, this particular episode contained a scene that made waves when it aired. Violet’s leap across the pond was a sight to behold. I can’t say I’ve seen anything similar in any other televised animation. Aside from the stunning artwork, a impactful turn of events took place. Violet’s past has finally caught up to her. She’s not only burning up inside, she’s also learned the truth. Anyhow, we’ve all heard this one before. Enjoy the flight!

I see. It’s hard to complete each request from everyone.
As long as you’re willing to reach out to me, I consider everyone’s request. Now, I can’t fulfill them all. I’m only one person, but I do try to find some common ground among everyone that does put in a request.
So basically, you will do whatever you could to fulfill requests from fans.
Violet Evergarden was my own personal pick. Truthfully, I was very skeptical about reviewing it. The trailer and brief description of it really doesn’t do justice. This show is a art treasure. Moreover, the majority of shows on here were reviewed due to requests. It was only this recent season I did all the picks.
So it’s more to do with the viewership of each show to determine to be reviewed outside of self-interest?
While I have several reasons for reviewing this show again, it really boils down to maintaining interest. Prior to Project Alicization, Violet Evergarden was the most viewed thing here. There’s also the fact that the movie is coming next year, so these reviews are a lead up to that.
I don’t know if re-doing the same episodes on Blu-ray after dealing with the TV version is an good idea unless there are some improvements or changes.
Aside from some touch ups, general image quality improvement, and some music changes, I don’t believe anything major was changed.
Is there any major differences between the TV and Blu-ray versions of this anime?
