If at first you don’t succeed…
Taking on the Caster class card has proved troublesome. Our young card hunters were forced to retreat due to Caster’s overwhelming power and aerial advantage. Now, in order to face off against Caster next time they’ll need to learn flying. This highly advanced skill is easier for some than others, though. Illya was a natural when it came to flying. Flying is a basic component of being a magical girl, after all. Unfortunately, Miyu can not grasp the concept of a human flying. Inside her brain a human flying should never be possible. Learning pains are never easy, though Illya and Luvia do try to help her out. Well, Miyu may not be able to believe in the magic of flight, but jumping around in the sky works, too. Moreover, defeating Caster will take the combined effort of all 4 of our leading ladies. This card won’t rest easy until the very end. Victory here does come with a unusual cost. While taking on Caster another class card has moved in to attack. They may be exhausted, yet this battle is far from over.
There’s an important lesson hidden in this episode. I’m sure many people have heard the phrase, “thinking isn’t going to get us anywhere”, well normally this line would be false. One can’t just charge into everything and expect great results. However, thinking about every little thing does lead to a rather dull experience. Sometimes throwing logic out the window is for the best. It’s always good to have some fun every once in a while. Now, I only bring this up because I do feel some people overthink anime way too much. Anime should be entertaining first and foremost, or as Illya would be put, “ don’t think, imagine!”. Anyhow, let’s get down to yet another fun review. Enjoy the flight!
I’m seeing this mistake far too often.
