Mahou Shoujo Site T.V. Media Review Episode 11

by Yumiko

One falls, another takes it place.

The operation to bait and capture an admin has begun. Miraculously, everything goes according to plan. Well, at least the taking out of an admin part. Things going truly according to plan never ever happen. Downing an admin was all a ploy to pull the girls out from hiding. Now that Nana has the girls in her sight, it’s killing time! The only option for our cast is for someone to make a noble sacrifice. Tsuyuno’s time is already short. Knowing that there’s no way for her to escape death she takes on the role to save her friends. Her square off against Nana protects the one thing she treasures the most, Aya. It’s a painful good-bye, but one that had to be done.

Today’s episode revealed an important fact behind the admins. The admins are using the bodies of former magical girls. Additionally, Tsuyuno’s fall won’t be the the last of her. Her body has been recruited into the admin circle. We could be looking at one heart wrenching final episode if they play it right. Moreover, as I’ve said before the show is just going its own way. Still, I will say this, today’s episode captured me from start to finish. It’s a rare feeling, but this one really was immersive. The build up of action, Tsuyuno’s sacrifice, then the touching good-bye. They could of ended the show here, and I would have been all right with it. Anyhow, let’s get to today’s operation. Enjoy Tsuyuno’s final moments!

It seems the story is getting more and more interesting. Would you mind giving your ratings by the end of this anime? (^_^) If the ratings are good, I’ll probably try watching this anime. Thanks (^^)/

At the end of each show I review I do give some final thoughts. As for a numerical rating, I’ve done that a few times here. Although I do try not to skew anyone view of a show. Still, I think a numerical rating for this one would be appropriate. Look forward to it this week, and thanks for asking.
