The sweet high school life is here?
Introducing, Natsuno Hanabi, she’s 15 years old, and is excited to begin high school life. She has come back to her childhood town in order to start this new experience. However, before arriving she believed Tachibanakan, the dormitory, would be a wonderful place. Once reality clicked in, Hanabi was in disbelief. Still, she received quite the alluring sight elsewhere. Anyhow, her new dorm life may not be what she dreamed of, but a few familiar faces are here to help her feel right at home.
So, where to begin here. First up, Tachibanakan to Lie Angle is based off a manga with the same name. The first chapter of the source material is 67 pages. Now, this anime is only 3 and half minutes long. Obviously there is no way they can fit that much content into a single episode. Episode 1 maybe covered 1/5th of the first chapter. Not sure how they’ll handle content going forward, but I’ll report it out as the weeks go by. Additionally, episode 1 is censored. How do I know this? Well, if you watched the preview video you’ll notice a certain individual’s backside is shown. However, during this episode it was cut out. Guess we’ll be waiting on blu-rays to see the full extent of fan service with this one. There’s still fan service present during this episode, but don’t expect anything too crazy. Anyways, let’s get our first media review of the spring season underway. Enjoy!
