Season 2 hype, engaged.
Before I begin here, do note that it is very important that you have watched the first season of this show. Overlord is very story driven, so you’ll be quite lost here without some prior knowledge. Anyhow, episode 1 is mainly a setup episode of bigger things to come. The results of the battles from season 1 had quite a few consequences around the world. Things are about to get real interesting, but first how about a war? Nazarick’s first war campaign in the new word will be led by, Cocytus. He will be leading an army of undead against numerous lizard clans. While this seems like an easy task for a floor guardian, an important lesson awaits him over the course of this coming arc.
Overlord is back and I personally couldn’t be more excited. Season 1 left off with so much more to be desired. This season won’t complete the series by any means, still glad to see it back in action again. Anyways, there’s a lot more to come, so let’s just get to that media. Enjoy!
