At least they got one part right.
Among all the manga titles I’ve read, Tokyo Ghoul is the greatest tragedy I’ve had the pleasure of reading. The anime on the other hand is a tragedy for all the wrong reasons. However, Pierrot knocked it out of the park with this episode. The beauty and madness of Tsukiyama’s character is on full display, and they weren’t afraid to show it. Now if only the rest was this good, yet one can always dream.
That’s it for this dream. Tune in for another one next week.
