Not all demons view Tasogare as their leader. There are a few who believe he is unworthy of his throne. In order to seize power, Hades kidnapped Syalis. However, the residents of the former Demon Castle nor Hades truly understood what they had just taken on. Even if Tasogare and friends never arrived to save the princess, she would’ve come back home on her own. Anyhow, no one gets in the way of Syalis’ sleep. Enjoy ripping down another castle.
