What could possibly go wrong?
In the aftermath of the war with Eden, Planeptune is experiencing unprecedented prosperity. Their Share levels are off the charts. In order to celebrate the times, Neptune is planning a huge festival. Unfortunately, this surge of prosperity isn’t shared by her neighbors. When Neptune approached her fellow Goddesses about the upcoming festival, they all swiftly declined. They may all be friends due to the treaty, but their competition over Shares never truly ended. While Noire and Vert worked on rebuilding what they’ve lost, Blanc launched a full investigation into the matter. The following day, Neptune received a sudden call from Blanc. Believing she had changed her mind, they meet up at an undisclosed location. From out of the blue, Blanc begins to attack Neptune. Fortunately, their battle is short lived. Rom and Ram won’t let their older sister do something she may regret. Still, Blanc won’t let the results of her investigation go unheard. Someone within Planeptune is stealing Shares. If something about this isn’t done quickly, Neptune may soon have a war upon her doorstep. Meanwhile, Noire paid Anonydeath a visit. He had boldly requested her presence, and he won’t waste her time. He’s figured out the mastermind behind the Eden incident. However, even if he hadn’t said a word, the mastermind in question was already in motion. The fallen Goddess of Tari, or as they’ve come to know her, Rei Kiseijou, has broken her bonds. Upon completing her transformation, Neptune returns to see her nation in chaos. Rei demands her immediate surrender or she’ll continue her rampage. Unfortunately for Rei, that was never an option to begin with. Tari may be no more, but Planeptune isn’t going anywhere.
Does Neptune stand alone? In the wake of Rei’s plan to revive Tari, she’s cut off all communication with the other nations. However, what she’s done won’t go unnoticed for long. The Goddesses may be a bit indifferent to one another at the moment, but at the end of the day they’re still friends. Let’s just hope they make it in time before Planeptune is reduced to dust. Anyhow, so much for celebrating prosperity. Enjoy meeting a relic of the past!
