Is she ready?
Our trio has gone out on an ordinary outing, well at least within their world. Their time out is an exciting one, though someone is smelling a bit stinky. In order to rid the world of the wretched smell, we’re gifted with a bath scene. Shera and Rem have your typical anime bath fun, however they are suddenly interrupted. A Fallen has appeared, and it’s not just any Fallen. Edelgard has come to confirm a tip she has received. She now knows for sure that Rem houses the Demon Lord’s soul. Now, she has not come to fight. Instead she wishes to only see the Demon Lord revived. Consequently, there is a way to revive the Demon Lord without hurting the host. Diablo’s promise to rid Rem of her curse can now be carried out, although a fair amount of trust must be placed in a Fallen. In 3 days they will meet at the Starfall Tower to begin the ritual.
Today’s episode was mainly to begin the set up for the final stage. Additionally, a new pebble has come to town to annoy the Demon Lord from another world. Alicia had to briefly depart for the capital to report on recent incidents. Her return to Faltra City came with some baggage, though. Saddler, a paladin, has come to Faltra City to investigate rumors of Demon Lord worshipers. He wishes to bring all these wicked souls to salvation. Whether they are truly Demon Lord worshipers on the other hand is a whole other matter. Saddler is just out to spread his “salvation”. Moreover, his run in with Diablo leaves him in a solid state, although we’ll be seeing him again. Anyhow, ready to begin the revival? Enjoy the cleansing ritual!
