Mahoutsukai no Yome, begins with our heroine, Chise, signing away her freedom. Why might one do this in her position? Well, all her life she has only known mistreatment, misunderstandings, and on top of that no true family. The root cause of Chise’s problem is a unique gift she possesses, but such a gift has been a curse to her. Anyhow, once Chise had signed herself away she was quickly put up for auction. Upon the auction start one mage on the scene gallantly defy the rules and approaches her directly. He boldly states 5 million pounds for her purchase and that was it. Chise was now in the care of, Elias Ainsworth.
A world of life and adventure awaited her within her new home. No longer would she face being ostracized by those close to her. Elias, planned to have her become his apprentice. He also warmly welcomed her in as his family. A family is something Chise had always longed for and now it was here. Far from London on the outskirts of England Chise’s new life began. Now, let’s get to the media!
